2024 LMGA Match Play Championship

Format: USGA Match Play Competition

Dates: Start Date April 22nd, ending September 3rd

REGISTER BY PAYING ON THE MATCH PLAY ICON UNDER LMGA TOURNEY FEES!!!

Location:

Round 1: Highlands Golf Course (completed by May 10th). Round 2: Pioneers Golf Course (completed by June 2nd). Round 3: Mahoney Golf Course (completed by June 23rd. Round 4: Holmes Golf Course (completed by July 12th). Round 5: Semi-Finals TBD (completed by August 4th). Round 6: Finals TBD (completed by (September 3rd).

Time:

AS SCHEDULED ON OWN WITH OPPONENT. If competitors cannot complete a match scheduled within the allotted time, a decision will be made by the LMGA board as to which player advances. Please try to stay within the the set parameters!

Entry Fee: $30 (online please), plus green fees.

This event is back for a second year! New this year, all competitors will be competing in a single division for the lone title as the champion of the LMGA! Entrants will play from declared tees, with adjusted handicaps established for the GHIN handicap calculator according to the course played. Rules will followed under Rule 3 competition, subsection 3.2 Match Play. Refer to these guidelines in the event of a rules question. Players will be responsible for using the GHIN App or website (updated daily) to set up handicap determination. Payouts will be dependent on size of field.

2023 LMGA Match Play Results

Beginning May 1st, the LMGA started a year long match play competition. Players scheduled their own matches within the deadlines at required courses and competed with handicaps. Winner of the White Tee division was Dennis Schmitz. Blue Tee winner was Riley Russell. Black Tee winner was Ben Svehla. Thank you to all who competed in this inaugural event. We hope to bring this format again next year!
